We drop everything, we leave the village …

Someone is sad about the past summer, and I sigh with relief: “Thank God, the summer is over, and September too!”

And so every year: I look forward to spring and summer, in November I order seeds, and almost from the New Year I start sowing petunias … All summer I work like Energizer batteries, and by the end of August the energy runs out … The last work on harvesting vegetables and fruits I do it by force. This year, the last autumn affairs were somehow especially difficult for me. More than once I caught myself thinking that I so wanted to send everything to hell.

Tension arises from the fact that, as soon as you come from government service, you harness yourself to housework, and these household and garden chores do not end … In order to keep the house and the estate in a neat form, you need to work without ceasing. Indeed, we do not have a house in the village, but he has us … Weekends, starting from the second half of April, we simply do not have.

I was completely hung up, but, thanks to my husband, I offered to get out for a day to a wonderful recreation center located nearby. This year, due to being busy, we didn’t even arrange a single outing for mushrooms! But now, they still allowed themselves a day off, and I was once again convinced that we, in the Altai foothills, still have the most beautiful autumn!

As soon as we returned from vacation, everything started spinning again: while the sunny days are standing, you need to catch this, and this, and this one more!

My husband is also having a hot time — his carpentry workshop works almost around the clock: orders are coming in jambs, people tend to finish repairs and other household chores before the cold weather. But you can’t earn all the money.

And we realized that such a rhythm of life will not lead to good. Rest is also a must! We have holidays in October. And, since our trip to Europe, which was planned a year ago, was canceled because of the “corona”, at first we decided not to go anywhere this season, but to do repairs. But felt that life is turning into some groundhog day!

And yes, we are flying again! Our country is huge, and life is not enough to see! And Europe will have to wait. Drop everything, leave the village! For new impressions, for new emotions! Let there be a lot of unfinished business, let there be sluggish repairs at home! You can never redo everything … Work is not a wolf, it will not run away into the forest, horses die from work, and so on …

They asked relatives to look after the house and feed the animals, gave instructions … And so, I already took out our “flight” backpacks from the mezzanine (not to be confused with “traveling” ones — those with a volume of 70 liters, with such ones they definitely won’t be allowed into the cabin :)!) We always fly with a minimum of things. If you need something, you can always buy on the spot. Prices are almost the same everywhere.

Well, yes, the «crown» … But we are not flying to a big city, but on the contrary, to a place where there are not many people at all in autumn, but there is a lot of sea, sand and forest.

In general, only once I went on vacation in the summer, and I didn’t really like it. I talk about my not very successful summer travel experience in this article.

Let it be only a week — but ours! We felt that now we just need to get distracted from everyday affairs, to get off the usual orbit …

And the «crown»? What is «crown»? She’s not going anywhere now. Somehow you need to adapt to live in a reality where this infection is present … If earlier we liked to stay in family rooms in hostels and were glad to have the opportunity to meet and communicate with other travelers, now we rented a one-room apartment. By the way, for the price it turned out not at all more expensive.

Previously, with might and main in new cities and countries used public transport. Now we rent a car right at the airport… And, of course, we bought gloves, masks… For us, this will be the first flight after the pandemic broke out.

If everything goes according to plan, then the day after tomorrow I will see such places:

I dream to see … And no matter what the weather will be! Photo from an open source. But soon, I think, I will have my own pictures no worse! I dream to see … And no matter what the weather will be! Photo from an open source. But soon, I think, I will have my own pictures no worse!

Have you traveled in recent months?

I promise to share my impressions in the coming days. In the meantime, I’m going to pack my backpacks. Subscribe to my channel! I promise a lot of beautiful photos.
